Total Lunar Eclipse in Toronto on March 15, 2025

Toronto skies were clear for Friday night's Full Lunar Eclipse, which began at 00:30 midnight and ended at 06:25 a.m.
The Full Moon during the Eclipse appeared red/orange, rather than blue or white, as the Earth positioned itself between the sun and the moon.

2019 Jan 20-21 The Total Lunar Eclipse on Dahan (Solar Term) 大寒

The total lunar eclipse of January 20-21 on an extremely cold night with wind chill values of minus 35 to minus 40 expected.
The eclipse will happen on the night of the year’s first of three straight full supermoons.  Many are calling it a Super Blood Moon Eclipse. This will be the last Total Lunar Eclipse until May 26, 2021.
